*The quarter of a cow will be sent to processing on January 15, 2026. Processing is included due to the generosity of McConnell Freezer Pac! The winner will get to choose their choice of cut... steaks, roasts, burger, etc.! More details on how to redeem this prize will be shared with the winner.
